Simon Meier
Simon Meier is a partner of SIXTEEN Capital Management. He has over 20 years of experience in the European real estate market - especially in the areas of investment, asset management, structured real estate financing and real estate transactions. He was responsible for more than 70 completed transactions with a total volume of several billion euros. Before founding SIXTEEN Capital Management, Simon Meier was Managing Director in a Hamburg-based company that provided asset management services for international investors. He also worked for two international real estate companies. At pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, he was Director responsible for Structured Finance in Germany and BeNeLux. Prior to that, he spent several years at Hudson Advisors Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of the Dallas-based Lone Star Group, in the repositioning of commercial real estate on the German market.
Mr. Meier holds a degree in business administration and banking.

Felix Haefner
Felix Häfner is a founding member of SIXTEEN Capital Management and has been advising for approx. 12 years company and owner in corporate finance matters. He is also a proven expert in real estate private equity (direct investments and corporate investments), development of special properties (predominantly hotel properties), fund initiation and property transactions. He was responsible for projects with a total volume of around EUR 500 million. Before starting his work at SIXTEEN Capital Management, Felix Häfner worked as a freelance consultant in projects in Europe (DA-CH, Great Britain), South America and the MENA region . He has experience in various asset classes, including housing, hotel and clinic.
Felix Häfner holds a Master of Science in Finance and Management from Cranfield University.

Lena Koroleva
Lena Koroleva has been part of our SIXTEEN Capital Management team since 2019. She has several years of experience in property management at home and abroad. In addition to asset management, she supports us in the acquisition, and Lena Koroleva is responsible for investor contact with our foreign partners, particularly from Eastern Europe.
Lena Koroleva holds a diploma from the Volgograd State Social Pedagogical University.
